Merges upstream/dev (anomalyco/opencode) into dev, catching the fork up
100 commits (i18n locales, RTL support, diff viewer, provider fixes, TUI
changes, etc.) while our 7 lemoncode-specific commits ride along on top
(host build/release, Product-constant rebrand, sidebar panel).

Merge was clean — no conflicts, no leftover conflict markers. Spot-checked
that the rebrand survived (packages/tui/src/feature-plugins/sidebar/lemoncrow.tsx,
packages/core/src/product.ts).

Please still eyeball before merging — this pulls in a lot of upstream surface
area (see commit list) even though git found no textual conflicts.
